Pramod Kumar, who is currently serving as Principal Chief Administrative Officer (PR CAO) at Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW), has been entrusted with the additional duties of General Manager, Rail Coach Factory (RCF), for a period of three months, in addition to his own responsibilities.
