Satoshi Iwanaga has been appointed as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director and Chairman on the Board of Inspirisys Solutions Limited, effective from January 1, 2025. He succeeds Koji Iketani, who has resigned from the position of Chairman of the company, effective December 31, 2024.
