Harinath Mishra appointed as Secretary (Security), Cabinet Secretariat
Harinath Mishra, Special Director, Intelligence Bureau, has been appointed as Secretary (Security) in the Cabinet Secretariat. Mishra, who belongs to a 1990 batch IPS officer of Kerala cadre, will succeed incumbent Swagat Das retiring on November 30.
