Dr Jagdish Chandra, who is currently serving as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD) on East Central Railway (ECR), has been transferred to Northern Railway (NR) on his own request and posted in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
