Abhay Kumar Singh has been appointed as Government Director on the Board of Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) in place of Sanjiwan Sinha, DDG and Project Director, PMU, Department of Telecommunications (DoT) for a period of three years. He is currently serving as DDG (LFA), DoT.
