Shantmanu posted to J&K segment of AGMUT cadre
Shantmanu has been posted to Jammu and Kashmir segment of AGMUT cadre. He is a 1991 batch IAS officer. Prior to this, he was serving as Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
