Justice Ashutosh Kumar, Judge, Patna High Court, has been appointed to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from the date Justice Krishnan Vinod Chandran relinquishes charge of his office consequent upon his elevation as a Judge of the Supreme Court.
