M Ramakrishna, who is being relieved from the post of Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Guntur, in South Central Railway (SCR), has been transferred to South Western Railway (SWR) and posted as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
