PK Khatri, who is presently serving as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW), has been assigned additional duties of the post of Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM), Eastern Railway (ER). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
