SK Gupta, who is presently serving as Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (PCEE), Construction, in Northern Railway (NR), has been transferred to Northern Western Railway (NWR) and posted as PCEE. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
