IAS officers have been reshuffled in Bihar.  Animesh Parashar, Chief Executive Officer-cum-Municipal Commissioner of Patna Municipal Corporation has been given the additional responsibility of Managing Director, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (BUIDCO), Patna, while Ajay Yadav, who returned from central deputation, has been made Secretary, Education Department and given the additional responsibility of Director, Higher Education, Bihar, Patna/ Managing Director, Bihar State Text Book Publishing Corporation Limited, Patna. Similarly, Dinesh Kumar, Commissioner of Bhagalpur Division, will hold additional charge of Divisional Commissioner, Munger Division; Udayan Mishra has been posted as Special Secretary, Tourism Department and has also been given the additional charge of Director, Tourism; Pawan Kumar Sinha has been posted as Additional Secretary, Water Resources Department; Shyam Bihari Meena has been made Director of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department; Rajesh Kumar takes over as Additional Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Department; Ahmed Mahmood,  Additional Secretary, Science, Technology and Technical Education Department, has been given the additional charge of Director, Science, Technology and Technical Education; Vijay Prakash Meena has been transferred as Additional Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department; Yogesh Kumar Sagar has been posted as Director, Disability, Social Welfare Department and has also been given additional charge of Joint Secretary, Social Welfare Department and Abhay Jha was posted as Joint Secretary, Rural Works Department.
