They are: Hashmat Ali Yatoo of AGMUT cadre; Dr Vani Mohan of AP cadre; Fedrick M Dopth and Ms Gitanjali Bhattacharjee of Assam-Meghalaya; Baidya Nath Yadav and Pankaj Kumar of Bihar; Ajit Kesari and Om Prakash Shrivastava of MP; R Ramakrishnan of Nagaland; Ms Susamarani Devi and Saroj Kumar Samal of Odisha; Vijapal Singh of Rajasthan; Sukh Lal Bharti of UP cadre; Md Ikhlaque Islam and Atanu Kumar Ray of West Bengal.
