Dr. Arun Kumar, who is presently serving in North Western Railway (NWR), has been transferred to Rail Wheel Factory (RWF) on his own request and appointed as Principal Chief Medical Officer (PCMO), RWF. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
