Rajasthan Govt not giving clearance for deputation to centre, IAS officer in a fix

The above said fact applies not only to IAS officers but also other central civil service as well as IPS and IFoS officers. In the month of February, the orders for appointment of Deputy Secretary/Director were issued by DoPT but selected officers struggled to relieve themselves from their position to join the deputation post. This is mainly seen in ISS, IPS, IRMS service officers. It is also astonished to learn that officers struggle for forwarding his application to DoPT and after that struggle for selection. After selection, struggle for timely relieving.
