Fintech firm Pine Labs trimmed its IPO size slightly but maintained its fresh issue at INR 1,000 Cr and OFS at INR 1,000 Cr. The IPO is set to open November 7 and close November 11, with listing on November 14. The company reported a Q1 FY26 net profit of INR 4.8 Cr (up from a loss of INR 27.9 Cr YoY), driven by a one-time tax credit.
