Eligibility criteria for Politicians

Politicians  should have eligible criteria like any other professional field. Some require minimum education qualifications while some need proficiency. When there are eligible criteria some kind of quality improvement is possible as education  is the bridge of betterment and it is high time politicians should be  under the eligibility criteria and  earn their place beside voting by people .
