Amlan Tirkey, who is presently serving in Integral Coach Factory (ICF), has been posted as Chief Administrative Officer (CHOD) [CAO (CHOD)] on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
