Rahul Anand Hande appointed ED (Tech.), RCIL
Rahul Anand Hande, who is presently serving as Chief Signal & Telecommunication Engineer/Construction-II (CSTE (C-II)), Western Railway (WR), has been selected for deputation to RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL) as Executive Director (Technical) [ED (Tech.)] for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
