Three real sisters bend patriarchal society; become Chief Secretary one after another in Haryana

Three real sisters of Anand family, who cracked UPSC exams and became IAS officers, created history by becoming Chief Secretary one after another in Haryana. These sisters borne on Haryana cadre bended the stereotype male dominated society by proving their mettle. A 1969 batch retired IAS officer Mrs. M A Chaudhary served as Chief Secretary from November 8, 2005 to April 30, 2006, while Mrs Urvashi Gulati, a 1975 batch IAS officer, was Chief Secretary from October 31, 2009 to March 31, 2012 and Mrs Keshni Anand Arora assumed the charge as Chief Secretary on July 1, 2019.
