Rahul Bajaj already 75 yrs of age; will remain Chairman, Bajaj Auto (UPDATED)
The Board of Bajaj Auto Ltd has approved the appointment of Rahul Bajaj as Non-executive director with the designation continuing as Chairman of the company w.e.f. April 1, 2020, subject to approval of the shareholders. He had attained the age of 75 years and has decided not to continue as Whole-time Director and Executive Chairman of the company when his term expires on March 31, 2020.
