A Committee, which was formed to give suggestions for utility of RS and LS channels, has reportedly recommended to merge both the channels. The Committee is further understood to have said that the RS Channel has no relevance. A Surya Prakash was the Chairperson of the Committee, whose term ends as Chairman, Prasar Bharati.
