Ex-Odisha Chief Secretary Venkataraman dies at 95 (UPDATED)
Venkataraman passed away yesterday in New Delhi. He was a great scholar and an authority on the Chola dynasty. He has several scholarly works published under Mudgal Trust. He was Chief Secretary of Government of Odisha and was responsible for establishing several institutions including Music college and Museum in Bhubaneswar. He was 95-years-old.
