BJ Arun and S Madhavan have been appointed Independent Directors while Ankit Agarwal has been made Whole-Time Director of Sterlite Technologies Limited. Meanwhile, Pratik Agarwal has resigned from the post of Non-Executive Director of the company. Besides, the tenure of Arun Todarwal and AR Narayanaswamy as Independent Directors is set to complete on March 31, 2020.
