IPS officer complains against Delhi Police
It was an embarrassing situation for the Delhi Police when a west Bengal cadre IPS officer made a written complaint against officials of Delhi Police. R P Singh, IPS and IG with the West Bengal police has written a letter to CP, Delhi on January 19, 2021, regarding illegal detention, extortion, criminal intimidation, assault and harassment of two persons by PCR officials.
