The Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) held its52ndAnnual General Meeting through video conferencing on September 26, 2022. Kamran Rizvi, Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO chaired the meeting and addressed the shareholders to apprise them of the outstanding performance of the Company during the year. During the financial year 2021-22, HUDCO posted the highest ever PAT of Rs 1716.60 crore as against Rs 1578.58 crore in FY 2020-21, which is an increase of 8.7% compared to last year. In line with the excellent performance of the company, HUDCO paid a total dividend of Rs 700.66 crore to shareholders for FY 2021-22, as against Rs 435.41 crore for the FY 2020-21, which is an increase of 60.9% compared to last year. The outstanding performance of HUDCO in the FY 2021-22 has resulted in increase of the net worth of the company to Rs 14,468.31 crore, which was Rs 13,189.05 crore in the previous year.
