Amit Kumar returning from CBI to Chhattisgarh
Joint Director CBI Amit Kumar is returning to the parent Chhattisgarh cadre after completion of Central deputation tenure. A 1998 batch IPS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre, Amit Kumar spent 12 years in CBI including nearly 5 years as JD(Policy). He took over as JD (Policy) in troubled times in 2018. He had joined as SP in CBI and worked as DIG and JD also. Now going to State as ADG.
