As Many as 13 IPS officers have been reshuffled and given new postings in Tamil Nadu. Mrs P C Thenmozhi has been shifted as IGP/Addl Director, Tamil Nadu Police Academy, Oonamanchery, Vandalur, Chennai, while V Anbu takes charge as SP, Railways, Chennai and Mrs S Vanitha was made SP, State Police Master Control Room, Chennai. Similarly, D Ramesh Babu will be posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Modern Control Room, Greater Chennai; S S Maheshwaran as DCP, Security, Greater Chennai Police; Rohit Nathan Rajagopal as DCP, Traffic, Coimbatore City; P Balaji as Assistant IGP, Welfare, Office of DGP, Chennai and K Adhiveera Pandiyan is transferred as DCP, Administration, Greater Chennai Police, Chennai. Besides, five IPS officers have been promoted to the rank of SP and given new postings. Among them Yadav Girish Ashok has been posted as DCP, Law & Order, South Tiruppur City after promotion; Ms Madhu Kumari as DCP, Law & Order, North, Madurai City; Dr R Stalin as DCP, Law & Order, North, Coimbatore City; Vivekananda Shukla as DCP, North, Trichy City and Garad Karun Uddhavrao was appointed as DCP, South, Madurai City after promotion to SP rank.
