Chandra Kishore Prasad, who is presently posted with the Indian Railways Institute of Signal Engineering and Telecommunications (IRISET), has been transferred to Central Railway (CR) and posted as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO). He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
