Sangay Lhaden, a distinguished 1992-batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre exemplified compassion and dedication throughout her career in Arunachal Pradesh. Her vibrant personality resonated deeply with those who had the privilege of knowing her. In honour of her spirited legacy, the unveiling ceremony took place at Itanagar, the capital of Arunachal Pradesh. The occasion also marked her birth anniversary. Lhaden is remembered for her inspiring quote, “‘Not all of us can do great things, but we can all do small things with great love." The event was attended by esteemed guests, including her family members who travelled from Sikkim, and fellow batch IAS officers. Their presence underscored the significance of her legacy and the profound respect she commanded.
