Addiction to Whispers In The Corridors

I have been reading WIC since 2005. At 11 AM, I and perhaps many other officers of Government of India, used to open WIC and read it. This habit is still there even after my retirement in 2013. By reading WIC, I get to know about my friends' promotion/ transfers and I do not fail to congratulate them either through WIC or directly. Originally, it was containing news relating to bureaucracy but now-a-days, the WIC also contains other whispers too, maybe from politics or even international events.
