Shalabh Goel, Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM), Western Railway (SR), has been appointed to the post of Managing Director, National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) on deputation basis for a period of five years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
