Major reshuffle of IPS officers in Karnataka (UPDATED)

In a major reshuffle of IPS officers in Karnataka, as many as 25 IPS officers have been shifted and given new postings. Labhu Ram has been posted as IGP, Central Range, Bengaluru, while Dr B R Ravikanthe Gowda takes over as IGP, Headquarters-1, Bengaluru and Dr K Thiyagarajan is now IGP, Internal Security Division. Similarly, N Shahi Kumar was appointed as Commissioner of Police (CP), Hubbali-Dharwad; B Ramesh as DIGP, Eastern Range, Davanagere; Mrs Seema Latkar as Commissioner of Police, Mysuru; Mrs Renuka K Sukumar as Assistant IGP, PHQ, Bengaluru; C K Baba as SP, Bengaluru Rural District; N Vishnuvardhana as SP, Mysuru; Dr Suman D Pennekar as SP, Bengaluru Metropolitan Task Force, Bengaluru; C B Ryshynath as SP, Wireless Bengaluru; Channabasavanna Langoti as Assistant IGP, Administration, State Police HQ, Bengaluru; Narayana M as SP, Uttara Kannada; Mrs Sarah Fathima as Deputy Commissioner of Police, South East Division, Bengaluru City; Arunagshu Giri as SP, Central Investigation Department, Bengaluru City; Nagesh D L as DCP, City Armed Reserve HQ; Mrs Pasdmini Sahoo as Commissioner of Police, Administration, Bengaluru; Pradeep Gunti as SP, Bidar; Yathish N as SP, Dakshina Kannada; Mallikarju Baldani as SP, Mandya; Dr Shobha Rani V J as SP, Ballari; Dr Kavitha B T as SP, Chamarajangara; Nikhil B as SP, Kolar; Kushal Chouksey as SP, Chikkaballapur and Mahaning Nandagavni was posted as DCP (Law & Order), Hubbali-Dharwad.
