Vinay Kumar Garg, who is presently working as Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM) in North Central Railway (NCR), has been assigned additional duties of post of SDGM, North Eastern Railway (NER). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
