Yogendra Baghel, who is returning from deputation to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), has been transferred to West Central Railway (WCR) and appointed as Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Bhopal (BPL). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
