Will this budget stop it or encourage? Earlier it was brain drain only but now it is capital drain too. Media reports say that more than 4000 Indian Millionaires have migrated to other countries in recent times. Happy tidings or warning signal?

Much prominence given to IAS

Too much prominence is given to IAS which is not unwarranted. PSUs and engineering services have excellent professionals who may be more competent but not given due recognition they deserve.
