Narendra Singh, who is presently posted in Central Organisation for Railway Electrification (CORE), has been transferred and posted as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction), RSP, North Eastern Railway (NER). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
