Nine IPS officers in Bihar have been given new assignments. S Ravindran has been appointed as ADGP, Bihar Sports Authority along with the additional charge of DG, Bihar Sports Academy, Rajgir, while Pankaj Kumar Darad has taken over as ADGP, Anti-Terrorism Squad ADGP, Special Investigation Unit (additional charge). Similarly, Dr Amit Kumar Jain, ADGP, Bihar Human Rights Commission, has ADGP (Weaker Sections) (additional charge), Crime Investigation Department, Patna, Sudhanshu Kumar, ADGP, Traffic is ADGP-cum-Commissioner, Civil Security (additional charge); Sunil Kumar, ADGP, Special Branch, has been given charge of ADGP, EOW; Kamal Kishore Singh is ADGP (Budget/Appeal/Welfare); Paras Nath as ADGP, CID; M R Nayak as ADGP, Bihar Special Armed Police and Mrs Kim has been shifted as DIGP, CID, Patna.
