Md. Jamil Ahsan, who is presently posted in Eastern Railway (ER), has been transferred to Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) and appointed as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction), RSP. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
