Mrs. Roshni Sen has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary , Fisheries, Aqua Culture, Aquatic Resources and Fishing Harbour Department with additional charge of Chairperson and Managing Director, WBIDC and ACS, Water Resources Investigation & Development Department and Project Director, ADMI Project. She is a  1993 batch IAS officer of W Bengal cadre.
