Indebted for Life: Bureaucrats’ to Teachers

They cleared the most prestigious gateway to Indian Civil Services –the UPSC - and acquired most ‘revered’ administrative posts. Yet, as we celebrate National Teachers’ Day on September 5th, ace Indian bureaucrats bow down to their mentors owing them the credit for sculpting their career & more importantly their lives.
