Four pioneer IAS women officers to play crucial roles in Rajasthan

The Rajasthan Government has appointed women IAS officers to four crucial designations. The officers are Anandhi, who is heading the Jaipur Development Authority; Arti Dogra- Chairperson State's electricity discoms; Gayatri Rathore-Health Secretary; and Shuchi Tyagi-Transport Commissioner. Anandhi, a 2007 batch officer is set to play a crucial role in the upcoming months as the capital city gets set for the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit in December this year. Dogra, a 2006-batch officer, is another important member of the Rajasthan bureaucracy. She will be responsible for the sustained electricity supply in the State. Rathore, a 1997 batch IAS officer will oversee issues like vector-borne diseases brought on by the monsoon and Tyagi will oversee reliable public transportation, which is also one of the crucial topics of the Investors Summit in Jaipur.
