Dr. Nirmala Narsimhan, who is presently working as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD), HQ Hospital, Southern Railway, has been transferred to South Central Railway (SCR) on her own request and posted as PCMD in the Railway. She is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
