Deepak Khaira, Financial Advisor at Jabalpur in the West Central Railway, has authored a book for students and civil services aspirants: "You can surely win". Khaira, who belongs to a 1998 batch officer of Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS), has given many important tricks to crack the civil services exams.
