On the occasion of International Women's Day, a grand event was organized at SECL. Renowned personality, corporate coach, actress, and India’s first Mrs. World, Dr. Aditi Govitrikar, conducted a special workshop on the topic "Success Mantras for Women." The event was graced by the presence of Director Technical (Operations/Project & Planning) N Franklin Jayakumar, Director (Personnel) Biranchi Das, Director (Finance) D. Sunil Kumar, Chief Vigilance Officer Himanshu Jain, along with other senior officials of the company and a large number of female employees. During her workshop, Dr. Aditi Govitrikar inspired women to have confidence in themselves, become self-reliant, and face challenges with determination. She emphasized the importance of being mentally and physically strong to achieve success. On this occasion, winners of various competitions organized for female employees were felicitated. Cultural performances added vibrancy to the event. Through this celebration, SECL management reiterated its commitment to promoting the active participation of women in the workplace and honoring their contributions.
