The Unity Cup 2025, an annual cricket tournament brought together teams from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd.(HUDCO), Delhi Development Authority (DDA), National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) and Central Public Works Department (CPWD) to foster camaraderie, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence. HUDCO’s team led by its Chairman and Managing Director, Sanjay Kulshrestha, delivered a spirited performance, reflecting the organization’s commitment to teamwork and excellence. Manohar Lal, Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs graced the occasion and acknowledged the outstanding efforts of all participants. The event successfully reinforced the spirit of unity, discipline, and mutual respect among key stakeholders in urban development. Srinivas Katikithala, Secretary, MoHUA, highlighted the significance of sports in strengthening professional relationships and promoting a culture of fitness and collaboration among urban development organizations. The competition followed a knockout format with exciting matches showcasing exceptional skill and sportsmanship and saw the MoHUA team lifting the cup.
