SD Kamble, who is returning from deputation to RITES, has been transferred to the Indian Railways Institute of Civil Engineering (IRICEN), appointed to officiate in the Senior Administrative Grade (SA Grade), and posted as Senior Professor. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
