Rajesh Mohan, who is presently working as Principal Executive Director (TI), Research Design and Standards Organisation (RDSO), has been transferred to Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW) and posted as Principal Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
