Punya Salila Srivastava is the new Secretary Health in the Government of India. She is 1993 batch IAS officer  of UT cadre.

P K Singh has taken over as new Secretary  in the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy. He is 1993 batch IAS officer of Manipur cadre.

Sukriti Likhi is the new Chairperson, National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC) in the rank of Secretary to the Govt of India. She is 1993 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre.

In Delhi,Union Minister for Jal Shakti, C. R. Patil on Tuesday addressed the curtain raiser press conference on Swacch Bharat Diwas 2024.Patil highlighted the achievements of the Swachh Bharat Mission in the last 10 years. He said that more than 24 lakh events were organised across the country, and more than 20 crore people participated in the Swachhta Hi Sewa Abhiyan 2024 so far. When the question -answer session started then the minister turned the table towards the Secretary and out of six questions, the secretary replied to five questions.

Naveen Gulati, Director General (Human Resources), Railway Board, has been assigned additional duties of the post of Member (Infrastructure), Railway Board.

Surgeon Vice Admiral Arti Sarin, is  the first woman officer to take over as the Director General, Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS). The DGAFMS is directly responsible to the Ministry of Defence for overall medical policy matters which relate to the Armed Forces. Prior to assuming the appointment of 46^th DGAFMS, the Flag Officer held the coveted appointments of DG Medical Services (Navy), DG Medical Services (Air) and Director & Commandant of Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune. She is an alumna of AFMC, Pune and was commissioned into the Armed Forces Medical Services in December 1985.

Anyesh Roy has been appointed as DCP, Vigilance, while Pankaj Kumar was made DCP, PCR and Sanjay Kumar is DCP, 7th Bn DAP. Besides, Ram Dulesh Meena was made DCP, Operations and Deependra Kumar Singh is Additional DCP, Shahdara district in Delhi Government.

Pawan Dev has been promoted to DGP rank in Chhattisgarh. He is a 1992 batch IPS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre.
