Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD HUDCO, addressed the participants of the 56th two-week ITEC international training programme on 'Right to Adequate Housing in the Context of Habitat III New Urban Agenda – Policies, Planning & Practice'.  Speaking at the inaugural session, he emphasized, the importance of housing as a fundamental need of mankind, providing safety, security, and a foundation for families and society.  Organized under the aegis of Ministry Of External Affairs and hosted by HUDCO’s HSMI from March 12–25, 2025, the programme has brought together 25 urbanexperts from 23 nations to explore innovative solutions and success stories for shaping sustainable urban futures!
