Rajeev Kumar Sinha, who is returning from deputation to IRCON International Limited, has been appointed as Additional Director General, SSTW, Indian Railways Institute of Civil Engineering (IRICEN). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
